Getting started
  • Turning your ROC Model I’s on and off
    • Hold button above ROC logo on left earcup down for 4 seconds
  • Bluetooth Pairing
    • When headphones turned off, hold down button above ROC logo on left earcup down for 5 seconds
    • Indicator light above ROC logo will blink blue and red when pairing and remain blue when successfully paired
ROC360
  • Turning on ROC360
    • Slide ROC360 switch toward front of headphones; an indicator light next to the charging port will flash white slowly with ROC360 on
  • Turning off ROC360
    • Slide ROC360 switch toward back of headphones; indicator light will no longer flash
Charging your Model I
  • Connect the USB charging cable to the headphones and a USB charging source
  • LED above ROC logo will light up red when charging, blue when fully charged
  • Unplug the charging cable when fully charged
Headband sizing
  • Your ROC Model I headphones will adjust by pulling gently on either earcup and headband simultaneously to make bigger and pushing gently together to make smaller
Wireless controls
  • Pause/Play
    • Press button below ROC logo on left earcup once to pause, press again to play
  • Previous track
    • Hold volume down button for one second
  • Next track
    • Hold volume up button for one second
Calls
  • Answer/End
    • Press play/pause button once
  • Redial last number
    • Hold play/pause button for 1 second
  • Reject a call
    • Double press play/pause button
Wired Controls
  • Same as wireless, but on mic box

  • Product compatibility and usage may vary from device to device
Service and Warranty
  • We provide a 1 year warranty in all countries and a 2 year warranty in select countries. Please don’t hesitate to contact our support team.
Caring for your headphones
  • Avoid exposing your headphones to harsh conditions, temperatures and liquids
  • Always pull on the end of the cable to disconnect, rather than the cable itself
  • Store your headphones in the case provided for maximum protection
  • Store in a clean and dry place
  • Use the cleaning cloth provided to wipe away fingerprints, dirt, or debris
